The issue of psychologists migrating out of the industry due to conditions, insufficient Medicare rebates, and now the slashing of Better Access sessions is building a perfect storm in which crucial, skilled practitioners may leave the sector. At the front line of a mental health crisis, we cannot afford a wave of potential departures.
