New Ahpra Complaints Checklist

Ahpra has published a new resource for registered practitioners managing feedback and complaints jointly developed with the 15 National Boards and Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. 

The Checklist for practitioners handling feedback and complaints aims to help registered practitioners better address complaints when they are first raised with them by a patient or client. It may also be relevant to those who have a role in establishing and maintaining complaints systems and processes.
