Psychologist and Practice Director Ivannia Mena is an experienced therapist with a broad range of skills in the treatment of mood disorders, at-risk behaviours, criminal attitudes, addiction and trauma. Ivannia aims to provide the highest standard of psychological support to individuals looking to work at the core of their symptoms, to develop insight, increase self awareness and learn adaptive coping skills.
