Biography:
Kristina is a registered psychologist and relationship coach dedicated to helping individuals and couples build meaningful, resilient connections. She specialises in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD, and integrates neuroaffirming practices into her therapeutic approach.
Kristina draws upon the Gottman Method Couples Therapy—an evidence-based approach grounded in over four decades of research—to support couples in navigating conflict, deepening emotional intimacy, and fostering lasting change. She also incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
