Biography:
Bonnie is an experienced psychologist who uses a warm and collaborative approach to help people improve their emotional and mental health, and move towards self-acceptance. She works within a wholistic framework to treat a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, panic, depression, pregnancy, parenting, poor coping, and emotion dysregulation. Clients gain insight into how they think and feel and how this impacts their body, nervous system and behaviour. She has published several academic papers in increasing adolescent engagement in mental health and substance use support services.
