Biography:
Jessica is a registered Psychologist with 10 years experience, currently working in private practice. She works with adults and adolescents presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and trauma. She has a special interest in perinatal psychology and works with families adjusting to parenthood, and mental health and parent-infant attachment challenges during pregnancy and the post-natal period.
Jessica works in an empathic and collaborative manner to support clients to address their therapy goals, and promote their health and wellbeing. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema therapy and mindfulness based therapies. She is also an accredited Circle of Security facilitator.
Jessica is a board approved supervisor, and is available for secondary supervision.
