Matt provides a space free of judgement in order to collaboratively explore your inner experiences. Drawing on positive psychology and solution-focused techniques, with the aim to teach you how to rewire your brain so that it works with you, not against you.
Matt has experience working with adolescents and adults (ages 16+) with anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, relationship breakdowns, trauma, loneliness, life transitions, and those questioning identity.
