Biography:
I’m a psychologist who is Autistic and ADHD, and I work with neurodivergent adults at any stage of their journey: from early self-discovery through to deeper identity integration, healing from trauma, and building a life that genuinely fits their neurotype.
My work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach. I am EMDR-certified and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I use to support clients in gently processing trauma, complex life experiences, and nervous system patterns. I also integrate other therapeutic modalities as needed, always adapting therapy to the individual rather than expecting clients to fit a rigid model.
I’m passionate about supporting people to move beyond simply coping toward truly thriving. Therapy with me focuses on developing self-understanding, self-compassion, and practical, sustainable ways of living that honour your needs, values, and neurodivergent strengths. Together, we work to unlearn shame, reconnect with authenticity, and explore what a meaningful and supportive life can look like for you.
My practice is explicitly gender-affirming and welcoming of LGBTQIA+ clients, including those who are kinky, polyamorous, or exploring diverse relationship structures. I take a holistic view of wellbeing, recognising the interconnectedness of mind, body, identity, relationships, and environment.
I work with adult clients via telehealth only and see clients through NDIS, Medicare, and private payment.
