Biography:
Holly is a Registered Psychologist who specialises in the area of child and adolescent psychology. Holly has experience working in private practice, and in primary and secondary schools, providing intervention and assessments across the lifespan. Holly comes from a background working with children and adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health, including life stressors, adjustments, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Holly has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent children and their families, including support with managing emotions, daily life and schooling. Holly also has experience conducting psychological assessments for ADHD and Autism in children, and prides herself on supporting families through this process.
Holly prioritises creating a comfortable, non-judgmental therapeutic environment to promote feelings of safety and trust, and encourage openness and honesty. Holly takes a client-centred approach and uses a number of therapeutic approaches, tailored to each individual’s needs.
