Biography:

I am a Psychologist & trained Psychotherapist working in my office in Sydney's Potts Point & via telehealth. I have been in practice in Sydney for over 10 years & clients utilise my support at different times at different frequencies; we pick up where we left off, I hold your story.
My key client areas include understanding & managing anxiety, stress, your relationships and about work. Together we can process all your key relationships; work, family & personal, along with the issues they bring. Work/work dynamics; how to navigate work, your work relationships and all that happens. I help clients find clarity regarding aspects of self & key relationships. My style is warm but direct & practical. I believe awareness & action leads to change; you can develop a new awareness of what you do & how you think.
Techniques inc. CBT, Transactional Analysis, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness & Existential Psychotherapy; working at your pace. I have commercial work experience in HR/Recruitment & Business (Sydney/London)and work part time in EAP also .I understand work pressures & work relationships firsthand, let’s look at it all and process together, Face to Face , Telehealth and phone sessions available- Medicare rebates if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
