Elizabeth Gray has 23 years experience, gained through her work in Hospitals, (Group Therapy leader) mental health services, University (Campus wellbeing team), College (Open Colleges Trainer and Assessor) and Private Sector. Elizabeth has worked in private Practice on the Sydney Northern Beaches for 9 years. Many solo Clients are eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Elizabeth has special interests in psychological well-being, couples, pain management and life transitions (e.g. challenges in the perinatal period, parenthood, big life changes). Liz uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her couples work. She has worked with many issues and supported clients with reaching an improvement in their overall health and well being.
