Biography:
Helena has been a Psychologist for 25 years. She has a wholistic perspective, a clear and compassionate manner, and she aims to provide you with a toolkit to work with both outer situations and inner emotions and thought processes, so that your life flows with more enjoyment and ease. She works with people over a wide variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety and depression. She uses a variety of approaches, including hypnosis and the power of the imagination as well as the more usual cognitive/behavioural approaches and, if you are interested, a spiritual orientation.
