Biography:
Fiona has worked in private practice as a counselling psychologist since 2013, seeing individual adults and teens (12+). Fiona's special interests are grief, trauma, family relationships, and attachment disruptions/wounds from life experiences such as foster care, adoption, and migration. Fiona's preferred therapeutic approaches are those that bridge the past and the present using imagery and somatic sensations, such as Schema Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. Fiona also does EMDR, and is registered with Medicare to provide non-directive pregnancy counselling.
