Biography:
Edwin is a registered educational and developmental psychologist in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. He has dedicated his career to work with children with a variety of neurodevelopmental and educational differences, including but not limited to Autism, AD/HD, Specific Learning Difficulties, Intellectual Disability, Anxiety and Depression.
As a multilingual clinician who speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Edwin provides assessment, therapy and consultation services for children, their families, as well as their educators in his clinical practice. He integrates a variety of evidence-based strategies and the neurodiversity-affirming approach, valuing and respecting each individual’s uniqueness.
Edwin is a passionate advocate for the Autism community. He participated in projects and working groups to develop innovative approaches to early intervention and tiered support models for autistic individuals. In addition, he collaborated with various non-profit organizations to provide resources and support to children and families in needs. He was also a clinical supervisor of the trainee psychologists and a guest lecturer in universities, sharing his frontline experience with the psychologists and educators in training.
Edwin remains steadfast in his commitment to improving the lives of individuals with neurodevelopmental differences and fostering greater understanding within society.
