Biography:
Kylie is particularly known for her down-to-earth, non-judgmental style. She works with adults whose confidence and sense of self have been shaken by a life change or by discovering their mind works differently. She helps them feel solid again. Life change may include illness, burnout, relationship strain, career transition, relocation, or adjusting to a diagnosis. Some people seek support when anxiety or low mood begins affecting their functioning. Others are exploring neurodivergence, such as ADHD or autism, as part of understanding long-standing patterns. Kylie tends to think differently and can offer unique perspectives.
With over 30 years of experience across health, education, corporate and wellbeing sectors, Kylie brings an embodied understanding of capacity, performance and resilience alongside clinical depth.
She is also co-founder of BrainyCo, a neuroaffirming, CBT-Informed initiative that gives kids a visual way to explain what their brain is doing.
