Jasmine Fisher is the Director and Principal Psychologist at River Psychology and Counselling Como, Western Australia. Jasmine is down-to-earth and offers a positive respectful, and non-judgmental space to help enhance your emotional well-being and relationships.

Jasmine is dedicated to supporting her clients with authenticity, compassion, and encouragement. Her diverse life experiences, from growing up rural Western Australia to her passion for travel and family, have taught her the importance of connection in enhancing mental health and well-being. Valuing connection, Jasmine employs a counselling approach that focuses on understanding her clients' perspectives and validating their experiences.

With extensive experience in the justice and disability sectors, Jasmine's therapeutic style is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. She has worked with individuals and groups in the community, helping clients to recognize their unique qualities and atrributes that have helped them foster a sense belonging and inclusion. Jasmine's area of interest is working with self-diagnosed/diagnosed ADHD, Autistic or AuDHDers and those wanting to experience an improved relationship with self/others.

Throughout her time working in private practice, Jasmine has empowered many clients to make meaningful changes that enhance their quality of life. She feels grateful to accompany clients on their therapeutic journeys, when they are bravely confronting areas of their lives that feel stuck. By helping clients identify triggers and unproductive patterns, Jasmine collaborates with them to develop effective strategies that lead to significant life changes. Through her genuine care, Jasmine fosters a sense of purpose and belonging in her clients, aiding them in overcoming and healing from difficult experiences.

In addition to her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in, Jasmine has pursued further training in various therapies, utilizing an integrative approach to create personalized treatment plans that align with her clients therapeutic goals.
